MissedJob is a business-to-business software and service platform. Businesses using the service are responsible for their account, their team members, their configuration choices, and ensuring their use of MissedJob is appropriate for their operations.

Acceptable Use

You may not use MissedJob to violate applicable law, send unlawful or deceptive communications, interfere with the service, misuse another person's information, or attempt to access accounts or data without authorization. You are responsible for the content and instructions you provide through your workspace.

Third-Party Services

MissedJob may rely on third-party services and integrations, including communications and AI providers. Availability and delivery of those services may be affected by provider, carrier, network, or internet conditions outside MissedJob's control.

SMS Program Terms

MissedJob facilitates inquiry and customer-care SMS for businesses using the platform. Recovery SMS is initiated only after the applicable affirmative consent mechanism is completed. Message frequency varies depending on the inquiry and conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS participation is voluntary. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive inquiry or customer-care SMS is not consent for unrelated marketing. Delivery is subject to carrier and network availability. Our Privacy Policy governs how personal and mobile information is handled.

No Guaranteed Results

MissedJob does not guarantee uptime, performance, delivery, recovered revenue, bookings, conversions, or any other outcome. Opportunity values shown in the service are estimates unless a business independently confirms revenue.
